2. Categories of Personal Data
- Account data: email, display name, auth provider, account status.
- Usage data: support tickets, app configuration, logs needed for reliability and security.
- Content data: documents, modules, evidence links, exports, and user-uploaded artifacts.
- Billing data: subscription identifiers and transaction metadata (payment card details are handled by payment processors).
- Security data: hashed anti-abuse and session metadata.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Provide the service and account access (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), contract).
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interests).
- Billing, accounting, and legal compliance (Art. 6(1)(c), legal obligation).
- Optional communications and preferences (Art. 6(1)(a), consent, where applicable).
4. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of account data through the in-app Privacy Center.
5. International Transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers in multiple regions. Where required, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual protections).
6. Your GDPR Rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time when processing is consent-based.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
You can use Settings → Privacy Center in the app to export your data, submit a rights request, or request account deletion.
