Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Scope

This DPA applies when Zeteyn processes personal data on behalf of a customer acting as controller.

2. Processing Terms

• Subject matter: provision of the Zeteyn services.
• Duration: for the term of the customer agreement.
• Nature and purpose: hosting, indexing, retrieval, and related support operations.
• Data subjects: customer users and research collaborators.

3. Security

Zeteyn applies technical and organizational controls designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.

4. Subprocessors

Current subprocessors are listed at /subprocessors. Customers are responsible for reviewing this list.

5. Data Subject Requests

Zeteyn provides product and support mechanisms to assist with access, deletion, and export requests.
